EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES makes Lucky Roller: Treasure Day available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply the moment you use Lucky Roller: Treasure Day. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the application.
Age and Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using this app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you permit a minor to use Lucky Roller: Treasure Day, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

Coins, Gems, and Virtual Items
Some features of Lucky Roller: Treasure Day involve virtual currencies and collectible items. This section governs their use.
Important: Virtual currency and items have no real-money value. They are digital licenses for in-game use only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES reserves the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices and availability. Purchased items may not retain the same utility after game updates.
Account Termination: Virtual currency and items are non-refundable and non-transferable if your account is terminated for cause.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Making Purchases
Lucky Roller: Treasure Day offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the applicable platform.
Prices
All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change, and we'll notify you before any increases affect subscriptions you hold.
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If Lucky Roller: Treasure Day offers a subscription service:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods
Parental Controls
Protect against unintended purchases by enabling purchase authorization requirements in your device settings.
Protecting Our Creative Work
Lucky Roller: Treasure Day represents years of creative work. Our IP rights protect that work and are described below.
The Application and all game content (art, music, text, code, characters, trademarks) are the exclusive property of EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Lucky Roller: Treasure Day content without prior written consent from EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES.

After Termination:
- Your license to use Lucky Roller: Treasure Day ends immediately
- Virtual items and currency in a terminated account are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Lucky Roller: Treasure Day after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.

General Terms

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.
Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. EVELYN SKILLS SERVICES reserves all enforcement rights at all times.
